Arrival protocol.❤️
Harmonious Massage Therapy requires clients to arrive promptly for their treatment. 
Late arrivals💜
Harmonious Massage Therapy does not extend treatment times or issue refunds/price adjustments for late arrivals. Failure to arrive exactly on time for the appointment will lead to service alteration. Allowing harmonious Massage Therapy to only carry out the most important parts of the service. 
Arriving more than 10 minutes late for the appointment will result in it's immediate cancellation. An invoice for the full remaining amount of the appointment cost will be sent to the email and telephone the client provided.

Contact information. ❤️
In the event that the incorrect contact information is provided, including and not limited to, client full name, phone number, and email address. Harmonious Massage Therapy may not be held responsible for lost correspondence, such as appointment confirmation or reminder messaging. In instances of incorrect or inaccurate contact information being provided, it is the clients responsibility to identify these errors and email Harmonious.clairewright@gmail.com to have them rectified. 
Booking confirmation.💜
All appointments must be confirmed via my booking system with card capture. This is to secure your appointment only. 
Automated text and email confirmation will be delivered, using the details supplied by the client. Additionally a reminder message with be sent 24 hrs before appointment. 
Harmonious Massage Therapy asks clients that if the appointment needs to be Rescheduled or cancelled, this should be done 24hrs beforehand or a cancellation fee will be charged for the 50% cost of the treatment.

Reschedules,Cancellations and no shows. ❤️
Rescheduling appointments must be done 24hours before appointment, if not this is classed as a cancellation.
Cancellations must be done 24 hrs before treatment commences. 
If less than 24hrs notice is given by the client then a cancellation fee will be charged. 50% of the treatment.
No shows will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. 
An invoice for the full amount of the appointment cost will be sent to the email and telephone the client provided for no shows and less than 24hrs notice of cancellation. 
Consultation forms.💜
All my Consultation forms are digital. The forms will need to be completed by the person recieving the treatment prior to the appointment. This gives me the information to create a treatment plan for the appointment. Also saves time when you arrive. 
Any issues must be reported to harmonious Massage Therapy so can be rectified before appointment. ❤️
